It’s hard to grasp what exactly is going on. I went to the website but that is very confusing. Can anyone enlighten me in 3 or 4 sentences?
We were ordered by VCAT to pay $1.5 million to them,
They refused to allow us to sell the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 to 50 interested parties to repay the debt.
They sabotaged the sale of my business
The Trademark and IP was sold to another person – who is now setting it up at 421 Bourke Street Melbourne.
They then, stole all of the company’s assets in the premises when they found out that the IP was sold, and was about to be removed.
They then set-up a ‘passing off’ business and refuse to remove the “Hopetoun Tea Rooms” branding of the former business, in order to make it look that the Hopetoun Tea Rooms is still there.
Ripped me off and continue to try and silence me.
Thank you. Why did VCAT order you to pay $M1.5? And what was their reason in stopping you selling?
Lookup the orders on the Australasian Legal Information Institute database.
I was stopped from selling, so that the ‘I cannot name them’ can grab and steal my business and all assets.
Under investigation and not finished yet – with the ‘ I cannot name them’.
