I was following your situation via another former tenant of the Arcade and I was appalled at some of the stories I was being told about the person you cannot name.
A word of caution, however. If the thefts have been reported to police, they may be investigating and your posts could potentially hamper their work. Keep pushing for justice though – just carefully❤️❤️
