Thank you for your enquiry. No, it is not because we were behind in bills, it was because VCAT ordered against me in a hearing of $1.5 million dollars.
The Tribunal was a farce, and it then continued, to me losing my business as a result ot it. Since then, investigations have continued and the Truth has been uncovered. Conspiracy & Fraud.

Remember how they were supposed to be moving to that underground lair near the Elizabeth St entrance? The renovation was a disaster and I don’t think they ever opened in the new space, then the lockdowns hit…. Another Melbourne institution destroyed by greedy and incompetent landlords.
100% – however in this case it was an attempt by the landlord to own the iconic Melbourne Institution – the Hopetoun Tea Rooms by setting them up to fail – more to come. Remain posted and remain connected, and it will all come out. Thank you for your support 😘
