Kelly, I will never forget the time, you went our of your way to look after my family, when they arrived unexpectedly (surprise) from England, when we had booked a High Tea. My family still talks about it over in the U.K. There will always be one genuine Hopetoun Tea Rooms in our hearts and this is the one that you rang with such success, passion and genuine care.

I have heard many stories about this, and I have been told that there is a lot more to this story and many others. These owners are known of being rip offs with their tenants. Very unfair, and greedy.
