  1. He offered us $500,000 to keep quiet

So what are you wanting at the end of the day, because this is a lot of stress and bad energy when you sound like you have moved on and opening at another premises, I really dont understand what difference any of this would of made because they could have pulled your lease at the end anyway, Its the way business goes, so what am I missing?

    1. Dear Jeannette, there is a whole lot more to the story, and as much as I would love to spill the beans, it’s still under investigation. I haven’t moved on. I’m fighting for the truth to be considered. I would like to be judged on the truth and not on lies. My business has been stripped away from me because of shady deals done behind my back and the lies told in court. This was my livelihood and I had a long lease.
This is not how business is done.

      1. you are right obviously so much we do not know, good luck in your fight but I think at some point you are going to have to decide if the fight is worth it, if you know the truth but it costs you to show the world then is it worth it, truth is only valuable to you and your loved ones, so don’t let this whole saga take any more of your life away. I will definately come to your new place, but I have also been to the Hopetoun recently, not because of any real attachment but because I love the Block building, so honestly I dont think it will worry people one way or another, we will all share ourselves around to all good food businesses…good luck again into the future.♥️

Victoria, the state of villians, crooks, murderers , corrupt lawyers, and the legal profession, bent coppers , and a society that has been a blot on the, aussie democracy and freedom , remember the painters and dockers, the B.L.F. crime bosses , and other catastrophic events and people . At one time the Greek community was shown to be prosperous people and hard workers , WHO SOLD THEM OUT ,

Thrilled to read that Hopetoun Tea Rooms live on in another historical location.

My son & I have always tried to make it twice a year since he was a child and now into his adulthood; love the retro ambiance, service & foods/sweets !!

Good news indeed, as many of us were in disbelief that such an iconic part of our history had slipped away but now can rejoice in its rebirth ❤️❤️🌹
