    1. Under investigation – for that and more – currently at the police station being interviewed for telling the truth and posting the Truth – go figure – the Block Arcade abusing the Judicial system to silence the honest and keep the criminals on the street. Thank you for the advice. At least the police are very respectful and understanding..

this story needs to go far and wide. Is Sally Capp related to the new owners?? Or maybe they’ve done a wink wink deal. Disgusting. It equates to stolen identity, trademark, copyright and so much more. 😡

    1. Thank you for the support Ellen ♥️ I don’t know if they’re related, but they’re certainly in bed together.

      1. I would have thought your history good name, menus and decor etc were an implied trademark etc. check out with a patents attorney specifically mentioning ‘passing off’. ie they are trading on your past history and good name and making customers believe it is the original. It can extend to logos, menus, decor, company colours, wording etc. all those areas that fool the public in to thinking it is still the original owner/operators. Good luck.

        3. I was in the Police Station, being quite civil and they are very understanding, when I received a notification – when you posted.. And I showed them that I have thousands of loyal customers, and supporters all over the world, and your post came up and they read it. Thank you for your timing.

    1. There is no supplier. These are my recipes, stolen and produced by 3 staff that were poached. The recipes are part of the IP that were sold to the new owner of Hopetoun Tea Rooms.

I understand there is no loyalty these days, but this is next level. Unfathomable!

      1. Wow ! That’s even worse than I thought. I have been telling all my friends and family about what’s happened to you. We all can’t wait till you open on Bourke Street. Whenever I’m in the city I walk past to see if it’s open ❤
