In your article you say your business was in receivership. Wasn’t that part of the problem?
no, we were put in Administration/Liquidation as a result of the Block Arcade
ok but the article says ”
On the 8th May 2020, SV Partners were appointed as Joint and Several Administrators by me, Kelly Koutoumanos director of FineTea Pty Ltd. t/as Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 ™.
yes, that is correct, because of the Block Arcade dispute in VCAT, which is noted at the following location https://thereviewpanel.com/tearooms1892/what-happened/
it sounds like a sad situation for you. I went there before Xmas-seemed a bit run down
I walked past the old hopetoun tea rooms now renamed…. Window display was appalling and that was at 2.30pm on Friday afternoon. This window display was never like this in your hands Kelly. Whatever happened to the most photographed window display of cakes.

So with the new premises in Bourke St opening soon does that mean the Block Arcade tea room is closing?
Sue, the Block Arcade tea room, has no affiliation and/or realation to the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 ™ that is being renovated at 421 Bourke Street. This website located at http://www.thereviewpanel.com/theft, is the reason why it has been created as the Block Arcade has stolen and is ‘passing off’ the original business. We hope that this answers your query.
ok thanks l look forward to going to the new location in Bourke St. Wishing you lots of success in the new location 🙏
