This is how an iconic business has its demise… taken over by a new operator that just doesn’t get it! You can’t fool a Melbourne local & offer mediocre factory made cakes, crappy service & miserable staff that are probably under paid with little to inspire them.
What a shame that yet another Melbourne icon has been trashed!
