Administrators &amp; Liquidators when Hopetoun Tea Rooms was placed into  Administration<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">FineTea Pty Ltd t\/as Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 (TM) were forced into Administration as the Block Arcade refused to allow me to sell the business and TradeMark to the open market and repay my debt. of approx. $1.5 million. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">What was the Block Arcade up to?<\/span> <\/strong> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/sv-partners#svpartnersfailednegotiations\">see below &#8211; <em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Failed Negotiations<\/span><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">This is the attempt of the Block Arcade to financially cripple me and take the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 \u2122 at the lowest possible price <strong>and even for free<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">In the course of Administration \/ Liquidation &#8211; the Block Arcade and the Administrators colluded against me. <br><br>The Administrators \/ Liquidators breached their &#8220;Professional Code of Conduct&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><em>The Administrator &amp; the Block Arcade  &#8211; Grant Cohen attempts to get rid of the CCTV system (assets of the company) installed in the Hopetoun Tea Rooms premises<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-key-players\">The &#8216;Key Players&#8217;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">The <strong>\u2018key players\u2019<\/strong> that have been instrumental in the loss of the original Hopetoun Tea Rooms est, 1892 &#8482; are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/the-block-arcade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Block Arcade<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 the landlord<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/allard-shelton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Allard Shelton<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 the landlord\u2019s Managing agent<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/du-chateau-chun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du Chateau Chun<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Building Surveyor \u2013 for the expansion project Hopetoun Tea Rooms (2)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/lexon-group-construction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lexon Group<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 landlord\u2019s builder \u2013 for the expansion project Hopetoun Tea Rooms (2)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/tisher-liner-fc-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tisher Liner FC Law<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 law firm representing FineTea Pty Ltd t\/as Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 \u2122<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/sinisgalli-foster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sinisgalli Foster<\/a> &#8211; law firm representing FineTea Pty Ltd t\/as Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 1892 \u2122 during Administration \/ Liquidation<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-february-2020\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">February 2020<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-block-arcade-wants-their-money-as-ordered-by-vcat\"><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\"><strong>The Block Arcade wants their money &#8211; as ordered by VCAT<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>FineTea Pty Ltd t\/as Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; received 2 x Statutory demands from:<ul><li> (Letter &#8211; 1) <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/StatDemandBlockArcade.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Block Arcade for the sum of $483,949.56 <\/a>and their related party, <\/li><li> (Letter &#8211; 2)<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/StatDemandWinchelada.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"> Winchelada Pty Ltd for the sum of $1,011,793.56<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Total sum of <strong>$1,495,743.12<\/strong> <strong>(the debt)<\/strong> owed by FineTea Pty Ltd. to (1) &amp; (2)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-march-2020\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">March 2020<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-original-hopetoun-tea-rooms-est-1892-tm-closes-its-doors\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\"><em><strong>The original Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; closes its doors<\/strong><\/em><\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">18th March 2020 <\/mark> &#8211; FineTea Pty Ltd. t\/as Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; closed its doors due to COVID restrictions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>At the time, we assumed that the COVID pandemic, would pass over the coming months. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Sadly this was not the case, and as well all know the pandemic continues into 2022, with the end unknown.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>The Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; <strong>really did close on the <\/strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">18th March 2020<\/span><strong> at the Block Arcade.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/allard-shelton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Allard Shelton<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/the-block-arcade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Block Arcade<\/a> using intimidation &amp; threats attempted to keep Hopetoun Tea Rooms opened during this period, playing down the risks of COVID. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Between March and May 2020, several negotiations were made with the landlord in an attempt to repay the debt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>All attempts were made by FineTea Pty Ltd. t\/as Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; to keep the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; trading, however the landlord wanted to take over the brand and the TradeMark and intellectual property.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"svpartnersfailednegotiations\"><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Failed negotiations<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>FineTea Pty Ltd. wanted to put the company and business Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; up for sale in order to repay the debt. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/the-block-arcade\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Block Arcade<\/a> refused to allow me to sell the business and TradeMark to the open market and instead demanded that we hand over the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; as well as pay the debt. <ul><li>In summary, the Block Arcade wanted the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; for free, and at the same time FineTea Pty Ltd. pay the debt. <\/li><li>If the Block Arcade any real interest in having their debt paid, they would have allowed the sale of the business occur. <\/li><li>As you will see from the following during Administration\/Liquidation &#8211; The Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; had <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Finetea-Second-Report-to-Creditors.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">47 interested parties<\/a> at the end of the sale campaign, which would have without doubt, received a sale price well exceeding the  debt and all creditors would have been paid. <\/li><li>However, <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/the-block-arcade\/\">The Block Arcade<\/a> was not interested &#8211; they wanted the Brand Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; &#8211; for free and the debt.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>I would not be deterred, intimidated and\/or moved by the Block Arcade&#8217;s unethical tactics. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>It was clear that <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/the-block-arcade\/\">The Block Arcade<\/a> wanted the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; and &#8220;Time tells the Truth&#8221; instead of leasing the premises of Shop 1 &amp; 2 to another retailer and removing the Hopetoun Tea Rooms Trademark from the premises they went on to commit further crimes (see below)  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"svmay2020\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">May 2020<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-finetea-pty-ltd-t-as-hopetoun-tea-rooms-tm-goes-into-voluntary-administration\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\"><strong><em>FineTea Pty Ltd t\/as Hopetoun Tea Rooms &#8482; goes into Voluntary Administration<\/em><\/strong><\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">8th May 2020<\/mark> &#8211; With all negotiations broken down with the Block Arcade, FineTea Pty Ltd t\/as Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 (TM) appointed SV Partners as the Administrators on the <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">8th May 2020<\/mark><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">20th May 2020<\/mark> &#8211; Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 (TM) was advertised for sale on the<strong> <\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">20th May 2020<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"> <\/mark>in the <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/20MAY2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Australian Financial Review<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Due to ongoing COVID 19 restrictions the original and only Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 (TM) closed its doors for the last time since 1892 at the Block Arcade on the <span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">18th March 2020. <\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"june-2020\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">June 2020<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-block-arcade-interfering-with-the-sale-campaign-sabotage\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\"><strong><em>The Block Arcade interfering with the sale campaign<\/em><\/strong><\/mark> <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\"><strong>&#8211; sabotage<\/strong><\/mark><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"svpartners4june2020\" class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">3rd June 2020<\/mark> &#8211; The closing date of the sale campaign, the Administrator received <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Sealed-Third-Affidavit-of-P-Gountzos-Affirmed-8-July-2020-71012-F0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">47 expressions of interest, &amp; 23 of these signed a deed of confidentiality agreement.<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"svpartners4june2020\" class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>All the interested parties were requested to make appointments with the Block Arcade landlord, for negotiations of the tenancy and lease at the Shop 1 &amp; 2. This would be part of the sale. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"svpartners4june2020\" class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Sealed-Third-Affidavit-of-P-Gountzos-Affirmed-8-July-2020-71012-F0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Block Arcade refused<\/a> to speak to any and all parties interested with many of the parties withdrawing their interests.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"svpartners4june2020\" class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">4th June 2020<\/mark>, one day after the sale campaign was completed, the Block Arcade landlord issued a Section 146 &#8211; Terminating the Lease of the Hopetoun Tea Rooms at Shop 1 &amp; 2. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"svpartners4june2020\" class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>A clear indication by the Block Arcade to interfere with the sale process and ensure that all interested parties withdrew their interests and allowing the landlord to be the only interested party. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"svpartners4june2020\" class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>All parties <strong>except one<\/strong>, withdrew their interest for the purchase of the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 (TM) assets, plant &amp; equipment, Trademark, Intellectual Property, Business name, Goodwill, stock etc. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"svpartners4june2020\" class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>The leasehold was no longer available &#8211; as the Block Arcade landlord, on the<strong> <\/strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">4th Jun 2020<\/span>,  had terminated the lease and was prepared to see the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 (TM) leave the Block Arcade shopping centre after 128 years.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"svpartners4june2020\" class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>SV  Partners <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/2022-01-02_10-22-50.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrote to the Victorian Ombudsman<\/a> &#8211; &#8220;<em>All endeavours to have the landlord negotiate with the interested parties proved not only unfruitful but a hinderance to the sale process. It became clear at that time and confirmed by the landlord&#8217;s conduct that they had no intention of considering any other potential tenancy arrangement (despite a recently handed down rental determination that had resulted in a significant rental increase) other than to a related party of the landlord.&#8221; <\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-july-2020\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">July 2020  <\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-affidavit-filed-into-the-supreme-court\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\"><strong><em> Affidavit filed into the Supreme Court <\/em><\/strong><\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/8JUL2020-SupremeCourt.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"723\" height=\"212\"\/><figcaption>SV Partners file an affidavit in the Supreme Court in relation to the conduct of the Block Arcade &amp; Mr. Grant Cohen<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">8th July 2020<\/mark><strong> <\/strong>&#8211; SV Partners filed the following <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Sealed-Third-Affidavit-of-P-Gountzos-Affirmed-8-July-2020-71012-F0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">affidavit to the Supreme Court<\/a> in relation to the conduct of the Block Arcade and namely Mr. Grant Cohen. <ul><li>See highlights &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Sealed-Third-Affidavit-of-P-Gountzos-Affirmed-8-July-2020-71012-F0.pdf\">in <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Sealed-Third-Affidavit-of-P-Gountzos-Affirmed-8-July-2020-71012-F0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the affidavit<\/a> &#8211; of the attempts the Block Arcade attempted to sabotage the sale campaign)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">18th July &#8211; 21st Jul 2020<\/mark> &#8211; The Block Arcade was negotiating with the Administrator for the purchase of the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482;. All negotiations failed. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">22nd July 2020<\/mark> &#8211; The Administrator accepted the highest offer from an interested party. The Block Arcade was not successful in purchasing the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482;.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">31st July 2020<\/mark><strong> <\/strong>&#8211; Heritage Victoria made contact with the Administrator advising that they had been alerted that the walls of the former Hopetoun Tea Rooms would be stripped of the wallpaper, carpets, and any other affixed and non-affixed items. The Administrator was put on notice. A criminal act occurred on the premises of the former Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Caught in the act, on CCTV \/ DVR security recorder.<ul><li>A police report filed, including photos<\/li><li>The Block Arcade &#8211; Grant Cohen instructed the Block Arcade Security guard to access the premises of the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 &#8482; that was under the control of the Liquidator and take company assets, including the Menu that was sold &#8211; as part of the Intellectual Property.<\/li><li>I filed a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thereviewpanel.com\/tearooms1892\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Crime-Stoppers-Victoria-Report-Crime-Information.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Police report <\/a> and SV Partners &#8211; Peter Gountzos was advised. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>SV Partners ignored my request as to the seriousness of the incident and to date, have refused to respond to any questions as to &#8220;<strong><em>What happened to the CCTV \/ DVR security recorder<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; after the stealing of the company assets, SV Partners &#8211; staff &#8211; Christina Ferraro, attended the premises with Block Arcade &#8211; Grant Cohen. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Mr. Grant Cohen, requested &#8211; to SV Partners &#8211; Christina Ferraro that the CCTV \/ DVR security recorder be shutdown &amp; removed &#8211; to avoid any further recordings of the premises <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Christina Ferraro, breached the Administrator \/ Liquidator professional code of conduct and &#8211; agreed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>(<strong>Below<\/strong>) &#8211; Caught in the act, the Block Arcade &#8211; Grant Cohen shutting down the CCTV \/ DVR system located in the Hopetoun Tea Rooms premises &#8211; assets of the company. We disposed of them.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Interesting response from Mr. Grant Cohen, who shifts the liability to SV Partners.
