Intellectual property theft involves robbing people or companies of their ideas, inventions, and creative expressions—known as “intellectual property”—which can include everything from trade secrets and proprietary products.

When someone uses a particular brand, logo, design, piece of music or creative work – and they have no right to do so – they are committing intellectual property (IP) crime.

Why did the Lord Mayor Sally Capp interfere in my business?
“As a former lawyer she should have known better”
The Block Arcade has been guilty of Intellectual Property Theft, in accessing and removing assets/property belonging to the Hopetoun Tea Rooms est. 1892 ™ as shown below, whilst the company was in Administration / Liquidation.
All attempts to raise this event with the Administrator – SV Partners – Peter Gountzos were ignored and dismissed, as they too, were participants in the removal of these assets by assisting the Block Arcade in disabling the CCTV system and then disposing the same, which had recorded the theft.
A deliberate act in tampering and disposing of evidence to a criminal act. (more on this coming soon…)

To Mr. Grant Cohen and/or The Block Arcade,
I provide you with the opportunity to respond to the content of this website. Your attempts to silence my husband (to prevent me from telling my story) by issuing an Amended Intervention Order, and an additional Intervention Order against me. This will not deter me from doing so. I am not intimidated by you & your lawyers.
I look forward to your reply, and should you wish to respond I will be more than happy to publish your response on this website.
Regards
