The intimidation and lies from the real estate agency, in support of the Block Arcade.
In order for the Block Arcade to prevent my husband and I from asking any questions – an Intervention Order was applied against us in December 2020. Allard Shelton was instrumental in lying and supporting the Block Arcade and appeared in the Intervention Order case, against my husband Kon Koutoumanos.
In the intervention Order case – September 2021 – between Grant Cohen (Block Arcade) and Kon Koutoumanos (my husband) – directors of Allard Shelton, Mr. Patrick Barnes and Mr. Joseph Walton provided evidence against my husband. Mr. Patrick Barnes also provided evidence as to disputes he had with my husband – back in May 2017.
Mr. Patrick Barnes’ disputes were never reported to police and/or any other authorities – for legal recourse. Mr. Patrick Barnes found it relevant enough to raise it as a credibility narrative against my husband in the Intervention Order and as supportive material for the Block Arcade case.
Allard Shelton threats for legal action against my husband, for the alleged disputes – were nothing more than that – threats. Had Allard Shelton raised a legal case against my husband for the dispute that arose in May 2017, witnesses and evidence to the dispute would have brought Allard Shelton & the Block Arcade to disrepute.
Hence, it was best for Allard Shelton to just remain silent.
The dispute that Mr. Patrick Barnes referred to in the Intervention Order case – September 2021, will be transcribed below in the timeline – May 2017.
An attempt to silence us, but we will not be deterred.
It is not a CRIME to report a CRIME

November 2016
- The Cohens (owners of the Block Arcade – Mr. Trevor & Heather Cohen) were instrumental in leading a claim of compensation “Bold Metro Tunnel compensation bid”
- In summary the consortium of owners, led by the Cohens – who also own the Nicholas Building, issued a claim to the Melbourne Metro Rail Authority, that they had a planning application with the City of Melbourne to develop the Nicholas building to the cost of $12 million dollars.
- An application and a cheque of $8,189.80 had been made to the Melbourne City Council by Allard Shelton.
- The cheque was to cover the permit fee.
- Allard Shelton was registered to make submissions to the planning panel, in relation to the planned $12 million renovations, but failed to do so.
- The Cohen led claim, was an attempt to receive compensation from the govt. on renovations that were supposedly planned, but could not be executed due to the Melbourne Metro Tunnel project, hence a “bold Metro tunnel compensation bid”
